  5. 05We bottle itBlended at your exact ratio in our lab and delivered in 5–7 working days.

Questions

Do I need any experience?

None. The Scent Journal starts from zero and walks you through your first blend.

How long until my full bottle arrives?

About 5–7 working days after you submit your formula and pay.

Can I submit more than one formula?

Yes. Each formula gets its own number, and each bottle is charged at the bottle price.

What if the full bottle smells different from my trial?

Tell us within 14 days and we’ll adjust and re-blend it once, free of charge.

Can I return the kit?

Kits and blended bottles are made to order, so all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo within 7 days and we’ll replace it.

Is it safe on skin?

Our fragrance oils are IFRA-certified and the same grade Cira Group uses for its brand clients. Always patch-test first.
