Who we are
Cira Scent Studio is run by Cira Group, a perfume manufacturer in Nonthaburi, Thailand. We are the data controller for personal data collected on this website. Contact: contact@cirascentstudio.com, LINE @Ciragroup.co or 093-514-5689.
What we collect
What you type into our forms: your name, email, phone or LINE ID, company, event details, delivery address, and for gifts the recipient’s name, phone and address. For perfume kits we also keep your formula. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
Why we use it
To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver orders, blend and reorder your formula, and keep the records Thai law requires. We rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing the contract, and our legal obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the business: our website host and form service (Netlify), our payment provider, and the courier that delivers your parcel. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become bookings: up to 2 years. Orders, invoices and formulas: as long as you might reorder, and at least as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, move or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@cirascentstudio.com, message us on LINE or call, and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
