Terms, delivery & refunds

Perfume Kit orders
Prices are in Thai baht and include delivery anywhere in Thailand. An order is confirmed once payment is received, by card or PromptPay through our payment provider, or by bank transfer. Kits ship within 2–3 working days of payment.
Formula bottles
We blend your submitted formula once payment is received (or straight away if it was prepaid with a bundle) and ship within 5–7 working days. If the full bottle smells different from your trial, tell us within 14 days and we’ll adjust and re-blend it once, free of charge.
No refunds
Perfume Kits, formula bottles and reorders are made to order, so all sales are final. We don’t offer refunds, returns or exchanges, including for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, send a photo by LINE or email within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free of charge. The free re-blend for formula bottles still applies.
Workshops and fragrance bars
A booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit and the signed quote. The balance is due 7 days before the event. Move your date once for free with 14 days’ notice. Cancellations 30+ days before the event get the deposit back; within 30 days the deposit is kept.
Custom gifts
Production starts after you approve a sample and pay a 50% deposit. The balance is due before delivery. Because each order is made to your brief, confirmed orders can’t be cancelled once production has started.
Safety
Our fragrance oils are IFRA-certified. Perfume is for external use only. Patch-test before wider use, keep away from eyes, children and open flame.
